What is your booking cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
What if I shorten my stay after check-in?
If you leave early due to health concerns or force majeure, you may be eligible to rebook a future date, subject to the General Manager’s approval.
What is your no-show policy?
No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
What counts as force majeure?
Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government lockdowns/travel bans, pandemics/epidemics, war, extended power outages, or transport shutdowns.
If travel restrictions prevent arrival, can I rebook or get a refund?
Yes. You may rebook without penalty (subject to availability and any rate differences) or request a refund (subject to GM approval). Proof of restriction may be required.
Is there a security deposit?
No. A security deposit is not required at check-in for either Tawala or Sima.

Pets
What are your standard times?
Yes. We are pet-friendly (no charge).
Pets must use a safety harness or leash; a cage is required for safety when appropriate.
Domesticated pets only. No exotic animals (e.g., pigs, cattle, snakes).
Management may refuse check-in for pets deemed dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten or harm others.
Guests must provide all pet supplies (food, bowls, bedding, etc.).
Towels and linens are not for pet use. Please bring pet-specific towels/blankets.
Villas & Capacity
What is the difference between Villa Tawala and Villa Sima?
Villa Tawala is a single 4-bedroom luxury villa with 3 pools, a pool house (gym + bar), and a 2,400 sqm garden.
Villa Sima is a two-house estate with 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 pools, jacuzzi, and a native-style pool bar. Both offer full service, modern tropical design, and complete privacy.
How many guests can stay?
Villa Tawala: Up to 13 guests (4 bedrooms + optional bungalow)
Villa Sima: Up to 16 guests (6 bedrooms divided between 2 houses)
Do all bedrooms have private bathrooms?
Yes. Each bedroom in both villas includes an en-suite bathroom.
Do you accept children and babies?
Yes, both villas are family-friendly. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request.

Yes—housekeeping (with evening turndown) and pool maintenance are included.

Yes—Italian chef at Tawala on request; custom menus at Sima can be arranged.

How close are you to the beach and airport?
Tawala: ~10–12 minute walk to Alona Beach; ~15 minutes from Panglao Airport
Sima: ~5–7 minutes by car to Alona/Dumaluan; ~10 minutes from the airport
